Hello! I'm Tracy Hunter, LPC, LCDC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) with specialized training to address a variety of addictions and addictive behaviors.

My passion lies in helping clients work through the issues or traumas that may be driving negative behaviors. I provide counseling for individuals, couples, and adolescents (13+), offering support for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, sexuality and sexual health, and more. My specialties include addiction, anxiety, depression, and sex therapy.

Additionally, my experience has given me unique insight into alternative lifestyles, including ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and related communities. My therapeutic approach is rooted in recognizing each person’s individuality and helping them reduce negative emotions through a calm, supportive, and understanding manner.

I earned my Master of Arts from Louisiana Tech University in 2010 and have gained diverse experience in outpatient clinics, local mental health authorities, county jails, and managed care organizations.

Outside of work, I’m happily married to my high school sweetheart and share my home with Sammie, our beloved dog, and Alan, our snack-loving but independent cat. I enjoy yoga, hiking, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with the people who fill my emotional buckets.
