Hi, I’m Sarah Crane, and I believe that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether this is your first time in counseling or you’ve been on this journey before, we’ll work together to help you reach your goals. My role is to offer unbiased support as you navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

I have experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community, and supporting individuals with concerns such as anxiety, depression, communication skills, life transitions, adverse childhood experiences, and familial dynamics.

I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based modalities based on each client’s unique needs. I am trained in Brainspotting Level 1 and Level 2, a powerful method for processing trauma and emotional challenges.
