Hi, I’m Jenna Fitchlee, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate dedicated to creating a warm, safe, and inclusive environment for all clients. I believe that meaningful change happens through resilience, self-exploration, and the therapeutic process. My goal is to support you in embracing your most authentic self, no matter where you are on your journey.

I specialize in working with OCD, ADHD including ADHD testing, and a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. I am trained in I-CBT, DBT, and Brainspotting (Levels 1 & 2). I work with clients ages 10 and up, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, helping them navigate life’s unique challenges in a supportive and affirming space.

I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stephen F. Austin State University. 

In my free time, you’ll likely find me at the movies (with an obligatory bucket of popcorn), exploring local trivia nights and farmers markets, or curled up at home with a good book and my two cats.
